Ebroh chargers for electric motorcycles

The Ebroh Source’IT collection brings together the battery charging solutions dedicated to the electric motorcycles of the brand. First choose your model to find an output voltage, connector and current adapted to its battery. Our first selection concerns the Ebroh Bravo GLE 72V 75 Ah, with four complementary versions.

A precise configuration: Ebroh Bravo GLE 72V 75 Ah

The selection is for the electric motorcycle Ebroh Bravo GLE equipped with its lithium-ion battery 72V 75 Ah. The versions 5A, 10A and 15A use the original charging port; the special model 20A uses Y-wire Anderson SB120. The chargers deliver a regulated output of 84V, corresponding to the final charging voltage of the pack 20S. The original connector Ebroh shown on the photos must match the wear of your motorcycle.

5A fixed, 10A adjustable or 15A ultra fast adjustable

• 5A fixed charger : ≈ 15 h for the battery 75 Ah.
• 10A fast adjustable charger : about 7 h 30 for the battery 75 Ah, at maximum setting.
• Ultra-fast adjustable charger 15A : about 5 h for the battery 75 Ah, at maximum setting.

The 5A fixed meets the regular charging requirements. The 10A adjustable offers a current from 3A to 10A, while the 15A adjustable covers 3A to 15A to further reduce the charging time to maximum setting. Both versions have a OLED wheel and display to track voltage, current and load status.

These times are estimates calculated from the capacity of 75 Ah divided by the charge current. The initial load level, temperature, battery condition and the reduction of the current at the end of the charge influence the actual duration.

Special Source’IT: ultra fast charging 20A with Y-wire

The Special charger Source’IT 72V–84V adjustable from 3A to 20A is offered at €375, Y-charger and wiring provided, for a weight of 2,5 kg. The Anderson SB120 beam intercal between battery and controller and brings a dedicated branch to the charger. It allows a charging up to 20A on a compatible installation, with an estimate of about 3 h 45 for battery 75 Ah.

This special version requires the dedicated beam and the current validation accepted by the battery and its BMS, the electronic system that protects it. It does not connect to the original charging support used by the 5A, 10A and 15A versions. The mounting must retain the battery protections.

Aluminum enclosures and Active Ventilation

The chargers 5A, 10A and 15A have an aluminium housing and active ventilation that promotes efficient thermal dissipation during long charging sessions. Each plug specifies the weight, protections and equipment specific to the chosen model.

FAQ – Choosing an Ebroh Bravo GLE charger

Why 84V for a battery 72V?

72V is the nominal voltage of the lithium-ion battery 20S; 84V is its final voltage of charge. The four versions of this selection deliver the same voltage.

Which charger to choose for the battery 75 Ah?

The fixed 5A provides simple use. The 10A allows the current to be set up to 10A, and the 15A to 15A. The maximum current estimates are 15 h, 7 h 30 and 5 h, respectively.

Do these chargers fit all motorcycles Ebroh?

This selection is dedicated to the Bravo GLE 72V 75 Ah configuration with the presented connector. Other models or batteries must be checked specifically.

How to use an adjustable charger?

Choose the current with the wheel and follow the charging on the OLED screen. The final voltage remains 84V. Let cool a hot battery after use and keep the charger vents undisclosed.
