❓ FAQ

➡️ Can I combine two chargers?

Yes. The Tetra has two LP16 charging ports that can be used simultaneously (5 A + 10 A = 15 A). This reduces charging time to ≈ 4 h without risk to the battery.

➡️ Which charger should I choose?

The 5 A is suitable for fast daily charging (≈ 12 h). The 10 A allows for ultra-fast charging in ≈ 6 h. The 15 A combo is reserved for intensive charging and multi-port compatible.

➡️ Can I use a Dualtron charger?

Yes, provided it is rated at 67.2V and equipped with a 3-pin LP16 connector . Source'IT models are fully Teverun / Dualtron inter-compatible.

➡️ Does the charger LED stay red or alternate red/green?

This is normal: the charger balances the cells at the end of the charge. The LED turns green when the battery reaches a stable 67.2V.
