When charging at night and you are not in a hurry, you can charge quietly at 3A or 5A. When you need to get your motorcycle back on the road quickly, you can increase the current to 10A or up to 15A. Being able to adjust the charging intensity makes it possible to favor a gentler charge for daily use while maintaining a very fast charge when necessary.

Thanks to its aluminum housing with active ventilation and high-quality electronics, this charger delivers a perfectly regulated voltage at 84V, allowing for controlled battery charging.

Its integrated OLED screen displays the charged capacity, battery voltage, and selected current in real time. The setting is adjusted via a simple and precise rotary dial.

⚡ 84V Charging and Battery Display

For Arctic Leopard motorcycles equipped with a 74V battery, Source’it chargers limit the charge to 84V, or 4.2V per cell: the standard full-charge voltage for a 20S lithium-ion battery using 4.2V cells. The original charger goes up to 86V, or 4.3V per cell. Our choice of a lower voltage is aimed at preserving battery longevity. The motorcycle may then display approximately 90%, without this necessarily corresponding to 10% less range: the relationship between voltage and stored energy is not linear, and the display depends on the gauge calibration. Charging at 84V therefore constitutes a compromise between range and battery preservation. If you wish to charge at 86V, a charger can be adapted upon request, subject to compatibility with your battery.

Charger compatibility must be verified with the actual battery configuration, cell chemistry, and BMS settings.
