❓ FAQ
➡️ What is the maximum charging current that the battery can support?
The cells can accept up to 0.5 C (≈ 22.5 A for 45 Ah). However, LP16 charging ports limit charging to approximately 10–15 A. This is why our chargers go up to a maximum of 10 A. However, you can combine a 5 A charger with a 10 A charger for a 15 A charge.
➡️ 2 A, 5 A or 10 A: which one to choose?
2A is ideal for preserving longevity, 5A for balanced daily use, and 10A for express charging.
➡️ Can I use a Dualtron charger?
Yes, if the output voltage is 84V and the connector is LP16 – 3 pins . Our models are Teverun/Dualtron inter-compatible.
➡️ My charger stays red or turns green several times, is this normal?
Yes, on some batteries, the voltage rises and falls slightly at the end of the charge. The charger then regulates to balance the cells; this is normal behavior.
