🔌 Ninebot G3E MAX and G3D MAX Chargers – Standard and Fast

Optimize the charge of your Ninebot Segway G3E MAX or G3D MAX electric scooter with our Source'IT 54.6V chargers , designed for 48V lithium-ion batteries (13S) . Available in standard 2A or fast 4A versions, our chargers ensure a complete, stable and secure charge while preserving the health of your battery.

⚙️ Main Features

  • Output voltage: 54.6V (for 48V Li-ion battery – 13S)
  • Available versions: 2 A (standard) / 4 A (fast)
  • Connector: 8 mm RCA (same connector as the original charger)
  • Ventilated housing: active cooling to prevent overheating
  • Protection: overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, reverse polarity

⚡ About the original charger (53.6V)

Original Ninebot chargers for G3E MAX / G3D MAX are limited to 53.6V to “preserve the battery”. In reality, this incomplete voltage only charges the battery to about 95% of its usable capacity . This may be good for long-term storage, but in everyday use, you lose some of your usable range and never properly rebalance your cells.

Our Source'IT chargers deliver the full nominal voltage of 54.6V – the full charge value for a 48V (13S) lithium battery. This means you get 100% of your actual capacity and complete cell balancing , ensuring longer life and consistent performance.

🧊 Safety and active cooling

Unlike original models, which are often not ventilated, Source'IT chargers are equipped with active ventilation . This limits internal heat , prevents deformation of electronic components and ensures more reliable charging over time.

💡 Source'IT Benefits

  • ✅ Fast charging (up to 2× faster at 4A)
  • ✅ Integrated active ventilation to prevent overheating
  • ✅ Ninebot G3E/G3D connectors
  • ✅ CE certification
  • ✅ Warranty: 2 years

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

➡️ Can I use a 54.6V charger instead of my 53.6V?

Yes, without any risk if the battery is indeed a 48V (13S). The 54.6V corresponds to the actual full charge of your cells. The original 53.6V is a manufacturer's limitation to reduce complete cycles - useful for storage, but useless for everyday use.

➡️ What is the difference between 2A and 4A?

2A is a gentle current, ideal for cell longevity. 4A cuts charging time in half while remaining safe. For intensive use or daily commutes, 4A is recommended.

➡️ Can I leave the charger plugged in after charging is complete?

Yes. Source'IT chargers have an automatic cut-off when the battery reaches its maximum voltage. It is even recommended to leave it plugged in for an additional 30 minutes once the LED turns green to completely rebalance the cells .
