All our models use the Ausom 3-pin red connector and incorporate an active cooling system to ensure stable and safe charging.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

➡️ Which charger should I choose for my Ausom scooter?

Simply select the voltage corresponding to your model: Ausom L1 / L2 → 48V • Ausom DT2 Pro / SR1 → 52V • Ausom F1 Max → 60V . If you are unsure, send us a photo of your charging port and/or the label on the battery.

➡️ Can I replace a 2A charger with a 5A one?

Yes, if the voltage is the same. Our 4A and 5A fast chargers are fully compatible and safe thanks to their regulation and active ventilation.

➡️ Does fast charging damage the battery?

No: the battery accepts it without any problem as long as the voltage is correct. Heat is the real enemy of battery longevity; according to our tests, Ausom batteries do not exceed 45°C during a fast charge (5A) for the smallest version (15Ah).
