⚡ Multiple Charging Powers Available
With a large capacity of 75Ah, the Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO battery can require many hours of recharging with a low-power charger. Our different versions allow you to choose between standard recharging and much faster recharging.
Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO 5A Charger
The 5A model is intended for users primarily looking for standard recharging. It is particularly suitable for overnight charging when charging time is not a priority.
Estimated charging time: Approximately 15h to 16h.
Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO 10A Charger – Adjustable from 3A to 10A
The 10A model allows you to select a current between 3A and 10A. It offers an excellent compromise for daily use by reducing the charging time by about half compared to the 5A model.
Its OLED screen allows you to view operating information, while the knob makes it easy to adjust the charging current.
Estimated charging time at 10A: Approximately 7h30 to 8h.
Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO 15A Charger – Adjustable from 3A to 15A
The 15A model offers an adjustment range between 3A and 15A. It maintains the possibility of low-current charging while providing significantly higher power when you need to quickly get your bike back on the road.
At its maximum power, 15A represents approximately 0.20C for a 75Ah battery.
Estimated charging time at 15A: Approximately 5h to 5h30.
Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO 20A Charger – Adjustable from 3A to 20A
The 20A model is our ultra-fast charging solution for the Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO. Its current can be adjusted from 3A up to 20A directly from the charger.
At 20A, the charging current represents approximately 0.27C for a 75Ah battery, significantly reducing the bike's downtime.
Estimated charging time at 20A: Approximately 3h30-4h00
⏱️ Charging Time Comparison
-
3A: Approximately 25h to 26h
-
5A: Approximately 15h to 16h
-
10A: Approximately 7h30 to 8h
-
15A: Approximately 5h to 5h30
-
20A: Approximately 3h45 to 4h15
These values are indicative for a heavily discharged 75Ah battery. Actual time depends on the initial charge level, battery temperature, and the final charging and balancing phase managed by the BMS.
⚠️ Beware of Original Chargers Configured for 21S
Some Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO models may come with a charger whose output voltage corresponds to a 21S configuration, while some 72V / 74V batteries use a different architecture.
The end-of-charge voltage must imperatively match the actual pack configuration, cell chemistry, and BMS specifications. For example, with conventional lithium-ion cells limited to 4.20V per group, a 20S pack reaches 84.0V at full charge, while a 21S pack reaches 88.2V.
Repeated use of a charging voltage higher than what the cells are designed for can lead to accelerated battery degradation, reduced lifespan, increased heating, and, under certain conditions, pose a safety risk.
Our chargers for the Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO are therefore configured according to the actual battery configuration to use an adapted end-of-charge voltage, rather than systematically applying the voltage of a 21S charger.
Important: The correct voltage must always be determined from the exact battery configuration, cell chemistry, and manufacturer's BMS specifications. The commercial designation "72V" or "74V" alone is not sufficient to determine the maximum charging voltage.
🖥️ OLED Display and Adjustable Charging Current
The 10A, 15A, and 20A versions feature an OLED display and an adjustment system for selecting the desired current.
This allows you to use a reduced current when you have enough time and increase the power only when you need faster charging.

10A Version: Adjustable from 3A to 10A
-
15A Version: Adjustable from 3A to 15A
-
20A Version: Adjustable from 3A to 20A
🔌 Original Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO Connector
All our chargers are directly equipped with the original Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO connector.
No adapter, connector replacement, or modification of the bike's electrical harness is necessary. The charger is delivered ready to plug in.
🌡️ Active Ventilation and Enhanced Heat Dissipation
Our chargers feature active ventilation to efficiently dissipate heat generated during recharging.
High-power versions also benefit from a housing that promotes heat dissipation, particularly important during prolonged use at 10A, 15A, or 20A.
🔒 Integrated Electronic Protections
The chargers incorporate several protection systems to ensure reliable recharging:
- Overvoltage protection
- Overcurrent protection
- Overload protection
- Short-circuit protection
- Reverse polarity protection
- Overheating protection
⚠️ Charging Recommendations
After intensive use of your Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO, it is recommended to let the battery return to normal temperature before starting a recharge, especially when using 15A or 20A modes.
For recharges where time is not a priority, you can select a lower current on the adjustable versions. The most powerful charging modes are particularly useful when you want to reduce downtime between uses.
The charger must always be placed in a properly ventilated environment and should never be covered during operation.

❓ FAQ – Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO Chargers
➡️ What chargers are available for the Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO?
We offer four versions: 5A, 10A adjustable from 3A to 10A, 15A adjustable from 3A to 15A, and 20A adjustable from 3A to 20A.
➡️ How long does it take to charge the 75Ah battery?
Allow approximately 15h to 16h at 5A, 7h30 to 8h at 10A, 5h to 5h30 at 15A, and 3h45 to 4h15 at 20A. These durations may vary depending on the discharge level and the final charging phase.
➡️ Can I reduce the current of the fast charger?
Yes. Fast models are adjustable. Depending on the chosen version, you can adjust the current from 3A to 10A, 3A to 15A, or 3A to 20A.
➡️ What is the OLED screen for?
The OLED screen allows you to view the main operating information of the charger. A knob also makes it easy to adjust the charging current on adjustable versions.
➡️ Why should I be careful about the voltage of the original charger?
Because the maximum voltage must correspond to the actual battery configuration. A charger configured for a 21S pack can reach 88.2V with 4.20V cells, whereas a conventional 20S pack reaches 84.0V. Excessive voltage compared to the actual cell specifications can accelerate their aging and pose a risk.
➡️ Does the charger have the original connector?
Yes. The different versions are equipped with the original Arctic Leopard EX 800 PRO connector to allow direct connection to the bike.
