This ultra-fast 72V-84V 20A charger is designed exclusively for modified or tuned Sur-Ron Light Bees with custom controllers ( Torp TC500, TC1000, SinTech, ASI, Nucular , and other high-performance configurations). Its aluminum charging block with fan cooling and IP67 waterproof design make it an ideal charger for off-road electric motorcycles. ⚠️ Not compatible with stock Sur-Ron Light Bees (60V) .

🔒 Security and compatibility

This charger is designed for 72V prepared batteries capable of accepting a 20A charge. The packs concerned are generally equipped with a BMS sized for high charging currents (20–50A) and 21700 or 18650 high discharge cells (Samsung 50E, LG M50LT, Molicel, etc.).

Before use, ensure that:

Your BMS supports a minimum load of 20A .
The wiring (cable cross-section, connectors, fuses) is suitable for this current.
Your battery voltage is indeed 72V (20S) and not the original 60V.

❓ FAQ – Modified 84V 20A Sur-Ron Light Bee Charger

➡️ Is this charger compatible with my original Sur-Ron Light Bee?

❌ No. This charger is only for modified 72V versions . Using it on an original 60V battery would damage the BMS and the cells.

➡️ Which batteries are compatible?

It works with all Sur-Ron 72V (20S) batteries (NP BATTERIES, SaveMyBattery, Jo will shop, Red'pil, Amperion, etc.) equipped with an original or adapted connector. If you need a different connector, we can install it at no extra cost : XT60, XT90, QS8, or a custom connector.

➡️ Is this charger really waterproof?

Yes, the charging block is designed to be IP67 waterproof , with an aluminum casing and internal architecture suitable for outdoor environments.

➡️ Can I use it on another 72V electric motorcycle?

Yes, provided the battery is 72V (20S) with an 84V end-of-charge voltage , the BMS accepts 20A of charging current, and the connectors are compatible. Contact us to confirm the configuration.

➡️ Is it possible to limit the charging current?

Depending on the version, a current limitation may be possible (adjusted settings or model). Feel free to ask us if you would like a gentler charging method (10–15A).
