⚡ 80V – 92.4V 10A Charger for Sur-Ron Light Bee Prepared / Modified (22S)
This 80V – 92.4V 10A fast charger is specifically designed for Sur-Ron Light Bees modified or prepared with 80V battery operating in 22S lithium-ion (84V nominal, 92.4V full charge) . It is perfectly suited to high-performance preparations integrating a Torp TC1000 controller, SinTech, ASI, Nucular, Rage Mechanics or any other advanced conversion system. ⚠️ This charger is not compatible with the original Sur-Ron Light Bee (60V – 20S) .

Designed for 84V – 22S custom batteries, this charger meets the voltage, temperature and current limits imposed by preparers. Modern 22S packs use 50A BMS and Samsung 50E / Molicel P42A / LG M50LT high-discharge cells, allowing 10A charging without stress or excessive heating.

➡️ Is this charger compatible with an original Light Bee?
❌ No. This model is reserved for Sur-Ron modified to 84V (22S) . Using it on an original 60V battery would damage the BMS and the cells.
➡️ What batteries does it work with?
Compatible with all 84V – 22S custom batteries equipped with Sur-Ron connectors or equivalent. If your connector differs (QS8, XT90, Amphenol, etc.), we can adapt it on request at no extra charge.
➡️ Which connectors can I choose?
Available with XT60, XT90, QS8, or original Sur-Ron connector depending on your configuration.
➡️ Is the charger ventilated?
Yes ✅ – equipped with an intelligent ventilation system that adapts its speed according to the internal temperature, for quiet and safe operation.
➡️ Can it be used on other electric motorcycles?
Yes, if it is a system operating at 84V / 92.4V (22S) with a compatible BMS and suitable connectors. We can validate compatibility upon request before purchase.
