❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

➡️ Which charger to choose?

For the Xiaomi Electric Scooter Elite, two versions are available:

• 2A → standard and progressive charge (≈ 5h00)
• 4A → fast charge (≈ 2h30)

➡️ What is the difference between the 2A charger and the 4A fast charger?

The 2A charger allows a full recharge in about 5h00 and is perfectly suited for daily or overnight charging.

The 4A fast charger reduces charging time to approximately 2h30, effectively halving the recharge time.

➡️ Does the 4A fast charge damage the battery?

No. The 36V 10Ah battery of the Xiaomi Electric Scooter Elite is compatible with our 4A fast charger. The charger is regulated and equipped with active ventilation to maintain a stable operating temperature throughout the charging process.

➡️ Can I directly replace my original charger?

Yes. Our chargers are designed to directly replace the Xiaomi Electric Scooter Elite charger thanks to their 42V output voltage and Xiaomi RCA connector.

➡️ Does the charger heat up during charging?

Slight heating is normal. Thanks to active ventilation, the charger's internal temperature remains better controlled throughout the charging period.

➡️ Which version is recommended?

The 2A standard charger is ideal for daily charging without time constraints. The 4A fast charger is recommended if you wish to reduce the recharging time to approximately 2h30.
